Our tools and experiences are inspired by the Ikigai framework. They were built to help everyone tune into their passions, explore their skills and discover bespoke and new career pathways.

Our solutions are backed by data science and informed by proprietary coaching frameworks.

Using the same technology that fuels Google Maps, we arrange and analyse data about the job markets and the young person’s strengths, ambitions and career-relevant interests to compute destinations and pathways, which are as unique as they are.

There are at least 133,000 data points about 3,000 occupations in the world.
